Heather Terbell MD is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist at Sansum Clinic. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of the OB/GYN Department at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. She feels fortunate to be raising her three children here in Santa Barbara.
